CliniQueue ("we", "us", or "our") operates cliniqueue.com. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
We collect the following information when you sign up or contact us:
1) Full name
2) Email address
3) Payment information (processed by Stripe/Paddle — we never see or store your card details)
We do not store, log, or retain the content of support tickets processed through our API. Ticket text is processed and immediately discarded. Only metadata is retained: timestamp, API key, classification result, and a unique audit ID.
We use your information to:
1) Create and manage your account
2) Process payments
3) Send you service-related emails
4) Respond to your support requests
5) Provide audit logs when requested
We never sell your data to third parties.
CliniQueue is designed to support HIPAA-compliant workflows. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer before their first API call. Ticket content is never stored. All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Paddle. We do not store credit card details. Please review Stripe's and Paddle's privacy policies for information on how they handle payment data.
We use only essential cookies required to operate the website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing naeem@cliniqueue.com.
If you are a California resident you have the right to:
1) Know what personal data we collect about you
2) Request deletion of your personal data
3) Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we do not sell personal data)
4) Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

All data is transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. We follow industry best practices to protect your information.
CliniQueue is a B2B service intended for business use only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
