By accessing or using CliniQueue ("the Service") at cliniqueue.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CliniQueue provides an API that classifies healthcare support tickets into structured categories. The Service is intended for business use by healthcare SaaS companies.
You are responsible for:
1) Keeping your API key confidential
2) All activity that occurs under your account
3) Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws including HIPAA
CliniQueue will sign a Business Associate Agreement with each customer prior to their first API call. You may not send Protected Health Information through the API until a signed BAA is in place.
You agree not to:
1) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
2) Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the Service
3) Share your API key with unauthorized parties
4) Use the Service to process data for any purpose other than support ticket classification
All plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Enterprise contracts are governed by a separate agreement.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service downtime. Support is provided via email at naeem@cliniqueue.com.
We do not store ticket content. All processing is subject to our Privacy Policy at cliniqueue.com/privacy-policy.
All aspects of the CliniQueue Service including the API, classification models, and documentation are owned by CliniQueue. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law CliniQueue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing naeem@cliniqueue.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
